I came into Ruby Nails in Grandville with a very specific inspo photo for tortoise shell nails and Lily absolutely NAILED it (pun intended 😉). The results look even better than I imagined—so spot on to the inspo, but with her own perfect touch. Lily was phenomenal—so kind, gentle, and beyond talented. She took her time to make sure every detail was flawless, and I felt so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. My nails look stunning, and I’ve gotten nonstop compliments already! If you’re looking for a stylist who truly listens and delivers top-tier work, ask for Lily. I couldn’t recommend her more!

My last dip nails at a different salon got botched and I was discouraged. A friend recommended Ruby’s and speaking for my first experience, Lily did a beautiful job. She recommended I switch to gel powder which is supposed to be thinner yet stronger than my dip and they look so much more natural. Thanks to her attention to detail, every nail is smooth/clean and I am very happy with the results. Full transparency, my friend got her nails done with me with a different nail tech and her results were not the same as mine. The owner accommodated getting her right back in at her convenience to fix the job. I appreciate their response to my friend - I understand mistakes happen and am pleased with their handling of the issue. They’ve gained a regular customer.
